We are currently only shipping throughout India


Shipping on all orders within INDIA would incur below mentioned charges:

Below INR 1000-4999: INR 350/-
Above INR 5000 to 19,999: INR 750/-
Above INR 20000 to 29,999: INR 1500/-
Above INR 30000: INR 2000/-


Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Our delivery agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.



RETURNS

Our products are all on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.


TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian customers:

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.


For International customers ( when applicable ) :


International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency will be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx, etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

All payments made against the purchases/services on SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and foolproof online shopping environment for our users.


SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal, and other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through electronic transactions, as may be permitted by SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable to your nature of activities.


While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.


DELIVERY

SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, SA LUXURE LIVING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.


The delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including a pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address.


All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product information section.
